Gregory Brandt is with Eco-Safe Pest Control, a Dallas company that has provided environmentally conscious pest control for homes and businesses since 1962. Treatments are selected for each household, taking children, pets, allergies and respiratory concerns into account.

Eco-Safe Pest Control is headquartered in Dallas and has been in business since 1962. Gregory Brandt represents the company, whose residential work is its core, alongside service for businesses. The company's approach is to research products worldwide and combine treatment techniques so that pests are controlled with the least impact on the people living in the home.

In practice that means product selection is tailored to each customer. The company asks about children, pets, allergies, respiratory issues and pregnancy before choosing a treatment, and it uses its own products in most services. Methods range from natural and organic to traditional, and from preventive programs to reactive treatments when a problem is already underway.

Services cover ants, roaches, spiders, fleas and ticks, bed bugs, mosquitoes, termites, rodents, bees and stinging insects, wildlife, yard treatments, odor control and dust analysis for mites and other pests. Eco-Safe states that it is QualityPro certified and certified by the Texas Organic Research Center, and that few pest control companies in North America hold the latter. Service begins with a free inspection.

  • Residential pest control
  • Termite treatment

I had a great experience with this company for a wasp exclusion last month. Thanks to their help, I no longer have to worry about wasps getting inside my house. Jeremy was fantastic—he did a thorough pre-inspection to identify all entry points and executed the job perfectly. He was professional, punctual, and very detailed. The pricing was fair and transparent. If you’re looking for effective pest control, I highly recommend them!

We have been using Miss Phoebes / Eco-Safe for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the service we've received. Shortly after purchasing our first home, I discovered termites and completely panicked. As a first-time homeowner, I was overwhelmed and honestly pretty distraught. I called several of the larger companies for quotes, and the prices were astronomical. Then I found Miss Phoebes / Eco-Safe. Not only did they provide a solution that fit our budget, but they also did an excellent job. Our technician, Jonathan, has been outstanding from day one. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind.

Jonathan B and Jeremy T are amazing. I’ve been with eco safe for over 20 years and I love their customer service and loyalty. I HATE bugs more than the average person and they never make me feel like I’m overreacting! Jeremy has been my go to person and I have grown to really like Jonathan enough to feel comfortable having him take care of anything as well. I have them do my quarterly service, mosquito control , rodent prevention , sealing of potential entry points , and termite prevention/early detection( through their sister company Miss Phoebe’s) .

I can't recommend Eco-Safe Pest Control enough! They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I love that they use pet- and family-friendly products without sacrificing effectiveness. Since the treatment, we've noticed a huge difference, and it's given us peace of mind knowing our pets are safe. If you're looking for reliable, eco-friendly pest control with outstanding customer service, this is the company to call! Ask for Johnathan really knowledgeable and willing to educate you about their products and how it works!
